I wish to edit the layout of the ubb pages

I have made some interesting changes, including installing a mod call spiderhack, we are keen on googlebot and have lured it into the forums.

I wish to change the header and footer, with the footer I have a couple of new links at base of page and this is all i wish to do here

the header I have only found

in vars_style_1.cgi after this I get lost.
I see q!BBTitle! => q!tubalubb.gif!, and think that here is where I wish to edit

Anybody lend a hand, also anyone know any small quality link exchanges
