That hack says you need it. I haven't been able to get the IM hack to work because nobody is getting my IMs so I figure maybe if I install the Mod CP Addon part that seems to be optional it will work correctly.

The Mod CP Addon from 6.3 should work on 6.5 just fine with some work. LK's mod page is at: https://ubbdev.com/lk/
