News/Announcements Bar - UBB.Developers

i hate faders,their worthless

but i was wanting a News and announcement bar for my board

my friend gots one on his ( don't know if he coded himself or what) but its a cool lookin one and i wanted to know if there was one here

he has it located between the login part of the main page and the starting of the first catagory

is there something like that out there? i don't want a fader they suck.

can the newsbar be made?

there's no real need to make a hack, all he did was put an html table into the forum introduction

but i would want to to make that news bar, now theres no way to make it

i know nothin about html
