We are in the process at getting our UBB off the ground, and I am open to feedback.
Current Mod's installed are: Who's Online?, & IP Icon. Thinking about adding Instant Messinger (which version?), and the print firendly mod.

Any others that should be added?

umm..right.
If you're going to be supporting "youth", be sure to include all the various instant messenging service hacks. AIM, ICQ, MSN, yahoo, etc. They'll be used.
