An 84Kb header graphic is ridiculously large, black would be more readable on the orange text - and still fit the theme. Your IP icon is squished, even if you ment it to be that way, it looks like you didn't.

Placing the gear after the 'member tools' text make it look clickable. Since all the other icons are clickable in that row it makes for poor UI.

Your banner is left-justified on the main screen, but switches to center-justified on sub-pages.

I like the lightbulbs.

thanks for the reply i fixed / tightened up everything u mentioned, and the graphic is large, no disrespect to your oppinion but im going to continue to use it, and it's also centered on all page's i'll have to check into why it's not for other user's..
