The blue and grey contrast far too much. It's rather distracting, even to the point of making things hard to read.

Make your Who's online have the same double border as the rest of the page - or make the rest of the page only have a single border.

Other than that, it's pretty decent looking. You do know how to spell "soldiers", right? (And how does 2Pac have anything to do with CounterStrike?)
