This Plug-in enables you to save your pictures either from RGB or 8Bit (grayscale or indexed colors) mode.
Images saved from RGB pictures will be saved as 24 Bit Icons. The other in 8 Bit.
Note that though the plug can read Icons with 4,2 or 1 Bit depth there is no option to save them in those resolutions.
