what is the difference between a blogger and a message board like this with IIP?
and which is the best blogger soft?

A blogger is typically like an online diary for one particular person. Their daily entries are "blogs". Of course there are some blog platforms that allow visitors to reply and post comments, but they originally came about as a personal online journal.

you know, it would be pretty cool if users could have their own blogs. You could make it public if you wanted and people could see it from your profile, or there could be a list of blog users that shows when "last updated" or something.
It would at least be more content for search engine placement I guess.
