The lack of cellpadding is disturbing, which is unfortunate due to the requirements of the design. The link colors are also different in IE and Netscape. Might want to check into that. Looks pretty good otherwise.

True, you might want to put a space before each entry down the left column to keep it from sitting up against the edge. Nice start.
