1 license and 1 test board ?

I was wondering ...

I only have 1 license (and thus one board) and so I was wondering may I setup a second board on my server for testing purpose (code hacking etc...) as long as it is not made public (Hence the name 'test board'

)

You can have a hack test board without having a second license as long as its not public or active.

We have typically in the past allowed folks to setup a test board as long as it is not publicly acessable.
