Why don't you like frames?

They slow the site down, I can't see where I am if I don't rightclick and choose Properties, only browsers with frames can see it, it sometimes causes problems. 'Nuff reasons for me

The UBB 6.1.0.2 - UBB 6.1.0.3 upgrade takes 5 mins max!!!

Because I have a hack installed (POLL hack) by Jordo... i'm not quite sure what the procedures are to upgrade on top of that... and i haven't gotten around to contacting Jordo... could you help me out John? much appreciated!
