I got the impression that the 6.4+ versions will be bypassed for 6.5 which is out in a few weeks?

it's just some small bug fixes... maybe 6.5 is further away then they thought before.

I'll just enjoy my 6.4.0 since it was recently upgraded.

No delay in 6.5... we just want to get the fixes out there. It was supposed to go out last week, but we ran into unrelated delays.

I could and I hear many people love using it...But for every upgrade I do it from scratch. Meaning I edit almost every .cgi and edit all .pl UBB files. It's all about evolving...Each upgrade is an entirely new creation.

Did you know I stripped out (possibly all) "font" tags and "class" default UBB codes in the files? Now that's dedication.

Hehe...I love working on my UBB. I don't mind spending the hours upgrading and customizing the board from scratch. I think it's basically a pride thing and choosing the road less taken.
