You may be telling yourself I'm sure that the advertising does it's job but, unfortunately, the advertising only helps with a small sum of of our overall funding. In the past, funding has gone towards Licensing, Server Maintenance and Hosting, Domain Renewals, Coding, Design and Development, and various site projects all of which are provided to the users free of cost.Unfortunately there are only a few users which contribute monetarily we ask that every user donate what they can to keep us going for a long future, we've been here since 2011 and we hope to be here for another 5, 10, even 25 years!Donate via PayPal CreditDebit Card or Bank Transfer3425.00, 1donateDonate via BitcoinDonation Address 1EDGqkn5ixB2qPUv8pvK1APP2C5Tw37xRuAbout BitcoinBitcoin is a decentralized, relatively anonymous alternative currency developed by cryptographic experts. Bitcoin currency comes into being through mining on computers solving complex mathematical problems that takes a long time and a lot of computer power. The total quantity of Bitcoin currency is limited by the foundational algorithms that brought it into being. Anyone and everyone who participates in the decentralized network of bitcoin transactions can, through their own software, cryptographically verify every single bitcoin transaction that takes place in the network. Thus all transactions are communally verified and validated and no central organization or entity has the power to exert arbitrary influence over the value of the currency. It is as close as the world currently gets to a perfectly free market currency. You can read more about bitcoin and how you can start using it HERE.

SummaryThis page tells you about significant changes to UBBDev Wiki.2023 20230725 Merged content from the UBBWiki Project with the UBBDev site.2014 20141002 Migrated site away from MediaWiki and into a custom solution to avoid consistent bugs.2012 20120111 Updated MediaWiki to the latest build due to security concerns. 20120122 Added UBB.Wiki to site. 20120122 User signups and nonstaff users where purged from the database. This was done due to the mass amount of spam registrations being created and since we don't allow nonstaff users to make updates it wasn't much of a loss. If you're interested in becoming an editor for UBB.Wiki, click here. 20120128 Purged the Recent Changes table due to all of the spam activity that was cleared up earlier in the month. The table now includes only relevant details from today onward. 20120322 Updated MediaWiki to the latest build due to security patch. 20120916 Updated MediaWiki to the latest build due to security patch.2011 20110708 Initial site setup of UBB.Wiki completed.

SummaryThis page tells you about UBBDev, the Wiki, and how you can help.About UsWith so many features, documentation becomes erratic and quickly out of date. Items covered are often updated and left in the wind, while new features don't get the attention that they need.We decided to make a site dedicated to documentation of the core features of UBB.threads. We're run strictly through volunteers, and operate entirely on donations we, at this time, have no backers, no one but our site users currently pay for this site to be online.VolunteersAs of the time of this writing, our active volunteers are James Corthell GizmoGremelin Isaac DeCoursey IsaacHow You Can HelpYou can help by attempting to document a feature, for the structure we use, simply edit another feature and copy its data into notepad and make changes substituting the information that is for the feature you're documenting. If you don't feel up to documenting features, you could also provide information to us on what the feature does and we'll do the writeup for you.DonationsUsers are more than welcome to donate to the UBBDev Wiki through PayPal here. All donations go towards hosting, domain registration, and development costs.

Obtaining Support

SummaryThere are several ways of procuring support for UBB.threads. Support inquiries can be anything from how to questions, modifications, code development, upgrades, etc.First Line of Support TicketingThe only official support through the vendor for UBB.threads can be obtained through the Ticketing System generally fee based support at UBB.Central.A rule in the past is that vendor support will not work with sites that have been modified from the stock base code. Some third party vendors however will gladly work with your modifications in place on the grounds that they cannot directly troubleshoot issues caused by your modifications.Member Area Access is required in order to utilize the ticketing system at UBB.CentralAt the time of this writing the vendor only provides support on Installs, Upgrades, Imports, Branding Removal, and Software Support for the UBB.threads product.Second Line of Support User to User ForumsSecond, the user to user Discussion Forums free at UBB.Central.Third Line of Support 3rd Party DevelopersAdvanced Support and upgrade services as well as a plethora of other services including Modifications, Code Development, Styling, Server Security, etc can be obtained through 3rd party developers some free and some fee based, such as VNC Web Services which operates UBBDev.
