1. Convert [almost anything] to a jpeg file.
2. Open it once to set the defaults, then it makes a shell extention. When you right click on a picture file it gives you the option to convert it to a jpeg.
3. It will prompt you for overwrite and lets you set the compression factor.. lots of other stuff.
