it would seem like you might have corrupted some files you migrated.

I would recommend downloading the original files again making sure all script files are in ASCII mode and images in BINARY mode.

after uploading in the new server CHMOD all the files to 777 appart from the files in cgi-bin that do not start by var_ which need to be CHMODED to 755.

If you still cannot manage to migrate the server you might want to ask for someone to help you do the migration.
