are you sure you have uploaded *.cgi and *.pl in ascii mode and the *.gif and whatever in binary?

chmod 777 members dir chmod 777 all files in members dir chmod 755 all files in cgi-bin chmod 777 variables vars_* chmod 777 Templates *.pl chmod 777 noncgi files
