Okay, let me get this right... Do you want to change the whole colour scheme of the UBB, or just the background colour? If it's just the background colour, I could make part of the header/footer/etc. transparent, which would mean you wouldn't need to keep changing the images
In case that's not what you meant, I've had a go at making the header with the background #CCCCCC.
If that's okay, I'll carry on with making all of the other images...
