Obviously I'm missing something here, so I'll ask again. This time I'll quote directly from your smiliemod_ubbcodebuttons_install.txt file for manual install.

print< But the code button install does not turn off table rows (
) in the header or the function call before the UBB code segments. So, going to this same section in your smiliemod_install.txt file I see:
$smilie_list
$ubb_code_buttons
This is what I'm expecting to see for a code button install and I suspect that those code buttons were defined and incorporated into the &SM_instant; call earlier in the hack. So humor me and check those 2 manual install instruction files and see if they may possibly have gotten named basakwards. Thanks
