The last portion. I know all the *.gif's are FTP'ed in Binary. What about the jirc_mss.cab, jirc_nss.zip, jirc_pure.zip, sound_no.au, sound_ohyea.au, sound_yahoo.au, sound_yes.au??? Does it matter whether or not these are uploaded in Binary or ASCII? Do they need to be CHMOD'ed?
Even though ubb_chat.cgi - cgi-bin vars_chat.cgi - variables cp_vars_chat.pl - noncgi/Templates listed not CHMOD values, I still CHMOD'ed them with defaults that would normaly be used with them.
