I guess anything's possible but I don't know how this hack would effect all that stuff.. But I guess my suggestion would be to try again, but do it differently. Upload all the new files in my ZIP to their right places, then only do the ULTIMATEBB.CGI part in the install.txt. Then try going to
http://yourboard/yourcgipath/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=newpoll and see if that draws the form properly.
