member not found = it's shown up in memberslist.cgi but doesn't exist, so I made a check so ubb_lib_files.cgi won't make &StandardHTMLs. In other words, it means 'the file doesn't exist, we didn't modify it, but everything else is fine', so if there REALLY isn't 00000000 (and I don't think there is such thing ), it's fine.
