Thank you for your help, I found how to do it. In that cgi file, if you delete the bottom code ONLY, clear your cache, it will show up as I had wanted, and yet, the forum is still restricted to only those that have been given access. I don't know if only deleting this code would work on other copies of UBB, but it does work on 6.1.1
