There's no edit image for moderators, though they can still edit by changing the filename to editpost.php. To fix, in showflat.php and showthreaded.php, add this line:

$Username_q = addslashes($Username);

In showflat.php it'll be about line 90, and showthreaded.php will be about line 241. It should look like this:
