The name problem we decided to just fix it so that the name is the correct case at login by reading the username from the database at login (and still have non-case sensitive names at login):

main.inc.php

if (!$CheckUser) {
$this -> not_right("$lang[NO_AUTH]",$Cat);
}

$Username = $user["U_Username"]; // *add* (Line 716)

$StyleSheet = $user["U_StyleSheet"];
