If you have to close the forum the users are shown closedforums.php
I haven´t looked closer into this but I think it loads the header.php and then put in the closedforums.php in the middle.
Then it probably should end it with footer.php but it doesn´t.
This will make bad html and the page cant be seen in netscape.
I difference between perl and php is that in php you must have </body></html> in the footer.php but in perl footer you shouldn´t.
In perl I made a change long time ago because of bad html, I can´t remember exactly but I removed a </td> from postlist.pl close to the end I think.
And I removed a </span> in w3t.pm
I hope Scream can fix these html-problems for the next release so that users not using internet explorer can see the pages as they should look like.
