There have been a few issues of the PERL cookies playing games with the PHP ones. Usually by closing the browser, clearing out the cookies and restarting it clears it up. Also, you might want to make sure you have all the language files in place as this is where that missing variable comes from, but usually the cookie thing fixes it.
