it realy is the browser.
i have the same problem with netscape 6.1
the HTTP_REFERER is not sent.
the only solution so far is disabling the check_referer in main.inc.php 359ff or rewriting it using a extremly short living sessionid (just an idea).
i would recommend disabling it for the HTTP_USER_AGENT Netscape 6/6.1 . but beware it is a possible risk, that you get spams (check for a valid sessionid can help a little)
