A bug? And if - is it fixed in versions after 5.3?

Well, I don't know if this has changed in the newer Versions, but today i discovered something, and in my eyes it is a kind of bug..

I wanted to create two new forums in a new category, and both forums were set that only Admins get Access and can see them....

Well, if you see the main-index with categories and forums, everything was fine, only admins were able to see that category and the forums..

But if the main-index only shows categories, it shows something you can see in my attachment...

So users can see that there are some hidden forums, and i think that is realy bad....


Remember, we are running 5.3, maybe it is fixed in newer versions?
