I would tend to agree that "Instant Messaging" is pushing it. Private messages are "instant" enough for me. As an Admin, if I had a pop-up window for each PM, I'd never see the main board. []

I would say the Alphabet Sort/Jump thing for the userlist would be a good start. But the updated profile thing, and profile search would be "the bomb" with my users.
