Wouldn't the correct query be this:

UPDATE w3t_Boards
SET Bo_Calendar = 'Y'
WHERE Bo_Keword = 'TSCalendar';


and not:

UPDATE w3t_Boards
SET Bo_Calendar = 'Y'
WHERE Bo_Title = 'TSCalendar';
