Yeah, I've had the same problem a couple of times as well.
The two that I can remember is the send password button that has to be the same on both login.pl and logout.pl, but I'm not sure if it applies to v6. One place I had the same problem is for the "Make post sticky" on the edit page. But basicly all submit buttons could have the same problem.
