I got mine to work by first installing 7.3 (and the GNOME interface) with mysql, php, perl, etc support then doing an upgrade to the server to 8.0 it seems to have worked fine. the problem I had with 8.0 straight install is if you select the mysql database, web server and etc. it does not install all the dependencies properly. by doing the upgrade it appears to have done a good install on everything I need
