Features: Show the Avatar of an user in the Who is online screen;
If a user do not have an Avatar shows the "nopicture.gif" image;
Avatar's height and width are customizable (Keep it small for a better looking);

Known bugs & limitations: Images where height and width are not the same are forced to have the choosen height and width;
The word "Avatar" is not in any language files;
Notes: I'm not good in programming php so this hack could still have a lot of bugs.
