Right. How about placing a layer that covers the entire BG as a base and having the BG image in that as a FG image, then putting everything else in a layer on top of that?
I know that would work, but how much of an impact would it be on Threads, and would that even be doable without hacking the code (i.e. using header inserts and the other admin tools)?
