I would check with your host. If your username/password hasn't been changed, then there is probably a problem with the MySQL server.
All those errors really have nothing to do with anything. They are a result of not being able to connect. Once you can't connect (Can't connect to MySQL server on '63.161.3.226'), everything else will produce an error just because there's no connection.
