It seems that user ratings are done by interger math (4.999... is interpted as 4 instead of rounding up to 5). As it stands if you get 99 five star ratings and 1 four star rating your displayed rating is four stars. And no amount of five star ratings will raise you back up to five stars. Could this be fixed so ratings would round up appropiatly? i.e. a 4.5 or greater would round up to 5 stars.
