Before uploading the files included in the zip file you must open the stylesheet (mocha.css) in a text editor and replace each instance of the text "basedir" with the base directory of your forum. Save that then upload all of the files in their corresponding directories. If you would like the header seen on the demo, upload the header.php file in the includes directory. If not, then don't upload it. Set your stylesheet as mocha in the control panel, and also change the cellspacing to 0 in the edit theme settings area of the control panel. If you have any problems please post them in the thread created at ubbdev.com.
