I think I'll go with Server Matrix because apparently they offer better support than Ev1, especially to newbies who have never had their own server before.

Also, when I ping Ev1 I get times of around 212ms while SM returns times of 156ms. I really don't know if this actually means anything, but overall I'm tilting towards SM lately...
