That is pretty easy. Just replicate the entire dopurgeusers.php script and rename it to something else
Find this line
WHERE U_Laston <= $purge
and change it to something like this
WHERE U_Laston <= UNIX_TIMESTAMP( DATE_SUB(CURDATE(), INTERVAL 3 MONTH) )
Change the interval to something you want but that should work. That will delete users who have not been online in the last 3 months and reassign everything.
