I do appreciate the encryption, but is it possible to include in the admin template (edit this user) a field where we can change the user's password to whatever we like? Many of our community members request a change of a forgotten password to something memorable and I would like to assign those passwords based on other passwords they might have, if preferred... this way I have a greater perceived sense of control.
