I know that I've suggested something similiar to this before, but I still think that it is a good idea. Being able to make posts by emailing them, and being able to reply posts you've recieved from forums you've subscribed to would be a nice feature to have.
Mail2forum is a mod that has gotten this functionality for phpBB.
CM2F is a variation of the same mod that for CMS version of phpBB. I thought that someone, who is far more skilled than I, could look at how these mods work and come up with something for Threads, of possibly fusionBB.
