Well, since nobody responds to any requests, I've uploaded login.txt at
http://infobrowser.net/login.txt I have fixed some bugs like the one that didn't display headers & footers... and some other ones, I don't remember which... but anyway this works on my v5.45a board...
sorry 'bout the html changes in the file, if you dont like the colors on the form buttons, just delete the style html.
