Thanks again PP-N, demo and text file are re-done with your bug fixes... it is odd no-one found those chainmaille references before now...

If you'd like, I can add those instructions for the cp changes to the download, maybe in a seperate file (along with configuration instructions) the 90kb file is pretty huge right now... we could remove a lot of the instructions in there and trim 15kb or so...

I am not sure what else might be needed here. If someone sees a need in it, I can add it and post the differences... I have been looking at adding the payment/ shipping modication to it. I may do that next.
