Made some cosmetic changes to the AFP popup: This will remove the ugly white spaces in the popup and members cannot resize it either because you don't need to.

Remove all of the 'break tags including $BannerCode.
BTW why in the world was the variable $BannerCode in there? I couldn't find any instances of it in the UBB files.
