OK guys to put an end to the smilies auto-paste I found the reason. The smilies.cgi included with UBB CB's 5.5 is the OLD script before Allen modified for 5.46. Someone needs to fix the zip to include Allen's fix for 5.46 with the auto-paste.
If you already installed UBB CB's then just download the newer smilies.cgi
