From the dark days when I used Microshaft's pitiful excuse for a graphics application, there was something called Bending text, which could make the text wrap to a curved baseline. You could make the text go around a semicircle, or a full circle, rather than just on a straight line.

Well, I'm wanting to do this same thing in Photoshop. But I can't seem to find any effect like PhotoDraw2k's Bend Text, in Photoshop. I know in Corel PhotoPaint, it was called Align to Baseline, but I can't find that in PS either. Is that effect included in Photoshop? How do I go about finding it? Or is there a plugin I need to get, possibly?
