Here is why you can't find it. I'm going to give you a long explanation so bear with me.
There are TWO kinds of graphics programs, "Raster," and "Vector."
A raster program, such as adobe photoshop, does all graphics manipulations using pixels.
A vector based program, such as adobe illustrator, does all graphics manipulations using math equations and coordinates.
For examply, say you had a 10x10inch image marked off with one inch spaced grids, and say you want to draw a line from the lower left corner to the upper right.
In a "Vector" based program, it actually draws a line from one point to the next, the same way we would with a ruler.
In a "Raster" based program, it fills in all pixels within a certain width from point (0,10) to (10, 0)
Thus, using a raster based program like photoshop, it can not make the judgement of following a curve. The curve is strictly a bunch of pixels shaded that way. In a vector based program, the curve actually exists as a guideline to the text to float on. Basically, get a copy of Illustrator, then import your text into photoshop.
