If the German users want their own UBB code hacking site, why doesn't someone make one? THere never was any hacking site previous to this year, and then someone decided to start one -- you could be a leader and start one.
Also, note that 5.47 is quite recent. I don't believe there were any security fixes through the entire series. I think that it only involved cookie stuff and what not. And 5.47c hardly contained any changes. Navaho even stated that you shouldn't need to upgrade for the most part in a message posted here...
