www.cwihosting.com Slightly more than liquidweb, ($30 a month).. but they're very reliable, live up to everything they say, and their online control panel stuff is very easy to use.. I've been with them around 6 months now and I have to say I'm very happy with their service and with their tech support (and yes, we've called them at all hours of the day and night)..
