I didn't want to post a long message, annoying others that visit these boards in the event that I was in the wrong place. I just wanted to check if it was O.K. with the moderators first

Anyway, the type of program that I am requesting deals with a PC game by EA Sports called NHL 2001 (and future releases). This program uses a .DBF file to store information regarding season's in progress (in the game). What I need is a script that can open this file, basically read it and output the information to pre-made HTML tables (templates) along with SSI to display the tables where needed to display (though not necessary).
